Monitor incoming requests from business units and engage in follow up communication, both written and verbal, to key stakeholders within the organization that inquire about status updates.Follow up as necessary to ensure timelines are being met. Assist HCPCM personnel by tracking all contracts, contract amendments, and payments and their respective status within the approval process.Track training completion and maintain certificates of completion in HCP files. Send out electronic communications to HCPs for annual compliance training.Inform contract initiator when contract is fully executed. Data enter contract details in contract management system. Maintain executed contracts in HCPCM files. Route contracts for approval via electronic signature process.Assist with payment processing, including verifying banking information, requesting new vendor, and saving payment confirmation information.Request, obtain, and save required documentation from HCPs to initiate contracting process.
